Location: E40 (Road Number A10) From Km Point 49.6 To Km Point 50.2. The Replacement Of The Bridge Is Necessary For Safety Reasons: The Bridge Is Approaching Its End Of Life And The Deflections Of The Bridge Deck, In Particular The Cantilevers For The Fast Lane, Are Under Increased Supervision By Means Of A Six-Monthly Leveling. The Bridge Is On The List Of Priority Structures And Should Be Replaced As A Priority. Furthermore, The Current Bridge Does Not Have A Breakdown Lane And/Or Conforming Guide Structure. Both A Hard Shoulder And A Guide Structure Should Improve The Safety Of Road Users On The Bridge In The Future. The Goedinge Bridge, Pillars And Abutments Must Be Completely Replaced Due To Their Condition. The Disappearance Of The Highway Bridge Also Implies The Disappearance Of The Passerelle, Which Hangs From The Current Road Bridge, By A Separate And High-Quality Bicycle Bridge And Connection.
