Development Of Complete Design Documentation In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2454) For The Task Entitled Modernization Of The Swimming Pool In Bąków, In Particular: A) Obtaining A Map For Design Purposes; B) Developing A Detailed Concept Containing At Least 5 Visualizations; C) Developing A Construction Design In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Design, Including: Land Development Design With Arrangements, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design. As Part Of The Design Documentation, The Contractor Should Perform The Necessary Expertise Necessary For The Correct Implementation Of The Project; D) Development Of An Executive Design; E) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works F) Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates Containing A List Of The Basic Works To Be Performed In The Technological Order Of Their Execution, Together With Their Detailed Description Or An Indication Of The Grounds For Establishing A Detailed Description And Together With An Indication Of The Appropriate Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, As Well As With The Calculation And A List Of The Number Of Units Of Bill Of Quantities For Basic Works. G) Obtaining Positive Approval Of The Design Documentation At A Coordination Meeting In The Competent Authority Regarding The Detailed Location Of Elements Of Engineering Equipment Located Within The Planned Investment. H) Carrying Out All Activities Of The Ordering Party Related To Administrative Proceedings And Appearing Before State And Local Government Authorities In Matters Related To Obtaining The Required Administrative Decisions For The Investment Task In Question And All Other Arrangements, Permits And Approvals Related To The Design Of This Investment Investment.I) Obtaining A Final And Valid Building Permit Decision.J) The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party The Construction Design In 4 Copies, The Technical And Executive Design In 2 Copies In Paper Version And 1 Copy In Digital Form In The Form Of Files (Pdf, Dwg, Doc, Jpg).
