Tenders Are Invited For Replacement Of Water And Sewage, Gas And Other Installations

The Scope Of Work Includes Renovation And Maintenance Works In The Field Of Sanitary Installations: Water And Sewage, Gas, Central Heating And Hot Water In The Resources Of The City Of Słupsk Managed By Pgm Sp. Z O. O. Słupsk, Consisting Of: - Removing Failures In The Water, Sewage, Gas, Central Heating And Hot Water Installations, - Replacement Of The Water, Sewage, Central Heating And Hot Water Installations Together With Accompanying Works, - Installation Of Installation, Sanitary And Heating Equipment Along With Accompanying Works, - Carrying Out The Required Tests And Examinations Of The Proper Operation Of The Water, Sewage, Central Heating And Hot Water Installations, Which Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Contract (On Request). The Contractor Is The Owner And Producer Of Waste Generated During The Implementation Of This Contract And Is Responsible For The Disposal Of Waste Originating From The Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Apply And Comply With The Regulations In Accordance With The Applicable Waste Act Of December 14, 2012 (Journal Of Laws 2025.733, As Amended). At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Document Or Documents Confirming Waste Management In Accordance With The Above-Mentioned Act. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, And, Additionally, In The Bill Of Quantities, Constituting Annexes To This Swz:1. Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Annex No. 9),2. Bill Of Quantities - Outlay Cost Estimates (Appendix No. 10).5.5. The Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With Point. 5.4. Documentation, Applicable Regulations, Standards And On The Terms Agreed In The Contract.5.6. The Location Of The Works And The Scope Of The Works Will Be Determined Each Time In A Written Work Order Issued To The Contractor By The Ordering Party.
