The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works In The Design And Build System, Consisting In The Construction Of A Hall Above The Padel Courts Along With Sports Facilities With A Locker Room And Sanitary Facilities At The Zawady Sports Center At Ul. Dolna 97 In Białystok.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Stage I - Development Of A Replacement Architectural And Construction Design In Accordance With The Ffu And The Concept Agreed With The Investor; 2) Stage Ii - Development Of Technical Designs, Executive Documentation, Design And Cost Estimate As Well As Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Based On The Concept Developed In Accordance With The Construction Design, Ffu And Agreed With The Investor; 3) Stage Iii - Execution Of Construction Works And Land Development Based On The Developed Technical Documentation Along With Full Surveying And Inventory Services As-Built. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz.4. The Ordering Party Requires At Least A 36-Month Warranty For The Completed Construction Works And Built-In Devices, Under Which It Is Obliged To Provide Repairs And Replacement Of Damaged Or Worn Elements, As Well As Warranty Service Including Technical Inspections And Maintenance Throughout The Entire Warranty Period.5.
