1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Entitled: Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Primary School With Integration Departments Named After Father J. Twardowski In Turośl. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Bills Of Quantities And In The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works. For Drilling Exceeding 100 Meters, Outside The Geological Works Project, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare A Plant Operation Plan And Approve It In Writing At The District Mining Office. The Intention To Start Drilling Work Should Be Notified To The Competent Geological Administration Authority, Mining Supervision Authority And The Commune Head Responsible For The Place Of Work, No Later Than 2 Weeks Before The Planned Date Of Commencement Of Drilling. 3. The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Specifications Of The Terms Of The Contract Are Only An Auxiliary Element That Facilitates The Preparation Of The Offer. Construction Works Included In The Design Documentation And Not Included In The Bills Of Quantities Will Not Be Treated As Additional Works And Will Not Be Financed By The Ordering Party. If There Are Discrepancies Between The Design Documentation And The Bill Of Quantities, The Design Documentation Should Be Considered Binding.
