The Subject Of The Order As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Revitalization Of The Facility At Ul. 17-Go Września In Środa Wielkopolska For Cultural And Educational Purposes Is The Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Expansion And Change Of Use Of The Kindergarten Facility At Ul. 17-Go Września 10 In Środa Wielkopolska Into A Museum Facility, Along With Thermal Modernization, Renovation Of The Facade And Replacement Of Windows And Doors. The Kindergarten Building, Located On Plot No. 1750/2, 1751/2, 1752/4, 1752/7, 1753/2 In Środa Wielkopolska, Consists Of An Old Part (Early 20Th Century) With A Partial Basement, Three-Story Part And A Newer Part (1970S) With A Partial Basement, Ground Floor. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of: 1) The Concept Of The Functional And Utility Layout Of The Building And The Development Of The Area (Hereinafter Referred To As The Concept), 2) Multi-Disciplinary Design Documentation, Including: A) Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Expansion With A Change In The Method Of Use Of The Kindergarten Facility Located In The Register No. 1750/2, 1751/2, 1752/4, 1752/7, 1753/2 Środa Wielkopolska District, For A Museum Facility Including Renovation Of The Facade And Thermal Modernization - 4 Copies (Paper Version) And 1 Copy (On An Electronic Medium): - Develop A Construction Design For Changing The Use Of The Facility Based On The Description Of The Concept Of The Functional System, Obtained Technical Conditions, Applicable Legal Regulations. The New Museum Should Consist Of Approximately 400 M2 Of Area. Exhibition Space And Approx. 100 M2 Of Area Educational, - The Demolition Of The Newer, Ground-Floor Part Of The Building Should Be Envisaged And The Construction Of A New Part Of The Building In Its Place (One Underground Floor And At Least Two Above-Ground Floors), - The Underground Floor Should Be Used As A Temporary Shelter, - Replacement/Modernization Of All Existing Internal Installations, Installation Of Monitoring, Alarm System, Access Control System, Multimedia Systems, Etc.
