The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction And Expansion Of Wiejska Street In Szałsza, Including The Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System, Construction Of A Technological Sewer, Reconstruction Of The Power Grid, Lighting And Telecommunications Network, In Accordance With The Design Documentation Approved By The Architectural And Construction Authority And The Decision To Authorize The Implementation Of Road Investment No. 11/25. A New Roadway Of The Municipal Road Ul. Was Designed. Wiejska In Szałsza, 670 M Long And 5.0 M Wide. A 3.0 M Wide Road (Traffic Calming Element) Was Designed On The Bridge Over The Rokitnicki Stream. The Road Surface Was Designed With Asphalt Concrete. The Task Also Includes The Construction Of Individual Exits, A Sidewalk And Traffic Calming Elements. The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: A) Felling Of Trees And Bushes; B) Demolition Works; C) Earthworks; D) Construction Of An Asphalt Road Surface; E) Construction Of The Surface Of Elevated Pedestrian Crossings; F) Construction Of The Surface Of Chicanes (Traffic Calming Elements); G) Construction Of The Surface Of Inns; H) Construction Of The Roadside Surface Along Exits;I) Construction Of Sidewalk Surfaces,J) Construction Of The Surface Of An Existing Bridge,K) Other Works. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Obligation And Costs Of Ordering Supervision To The Owner Of The Network During The Performance Of Works Within Or On The Network In The Event Of A Possible Collision. The Contractor Will Submit Work Acceptance Protocols Written With The Owner Of The Networks Within Or On Which He Performed The Works. The Contractor Is Obliged (As Part Of The Contractual Remuneration) To Introduce And Maintain Road Traffic Organization Related To Securing The Construction Site During The Works. During The Works, Permanent Access To All Properties Located In The Vicinity Of The Reconstructed Road Must Be Ensured (Especially Emergency Services). It Is Recommended That The Works Be Carried Out Under Traffic. After Completing The Construction Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare As-Built Documentation, Including: Performing An As-Built Geodetic Inventory, Approvals, Declarations, Approvals And Certificates For The Materials Used, Reports Of Inspections, Tests, Etc., And Obtaining The Necessary Decisions Or Certificates From Architectural And Construction Authorities. The Detailed Scope Of Works Was Specified In The Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works.
