The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Road Salt With The Addition Of An Anti-Caking Agent Used For Producing Brines And Sprinkling Road Surfaces In Winter Road Maintenance In The Winter Season Of 2026 In An Estimated Maximum Total Amount Of Up To 2,400 Tons (Hereinafter Referred To As Salt). Due To Difficult To Predict Weather Conditions In Particular Winter Periods, The Ordering Party Reserves That The Amount Of Salt Covered By The Order May Be Reduced To 400 Tons, And This Reduction Cannot Be The Basis For Any Claims From The Contractor Against The Ordering Party, In Particular For Damages. The Salt Must Be Free From Defects, Placed On The Market And Used To The Extent Appropriate To Its Functional Properties And Intended Use, In Accordance With Applicable Law And Must Meet The Standard - Dry Rock Salt (Sodium Chloride Nacl) Pn-86/C-84081/02 Or Equivalent. By The Concept Of Equivalence, The Ordering Party Understands That The Offered Material Will Meet The Requirements In Terms Of Chemical Composition, Granulation, And Water Content Within The Scope Of The Above-Mentioned Standard.
