The Subject Of The Order Are Chimney Sweeping Services In Buildings Leased And Managed By Tbs Spółka Z O.O. The Order Includes:1. Inspection Of All Chimney Flues - Once A Year, Which Includes: A) Checking The Technical Condition Of Smoke, Exhaust And Ventilation Ducts, B) Checking The Patency Of All Flues And Checking The Chimney Draft, C) Checking The Correctness Of Connections (Number And Type Of Connections To One Chimney Flue, Technical Condition Of Inspection Doors Together With An Indication Of Premises That Do Not Have Doors Or Their Condition Requires Repair Or Replacement, Technical Condition Of Connectors And Stove Pipes, Correctness Of Installed Grilles Ventilation) And Checking The Length Of Chimney Flues, D) Examining The Technical Condition Of Chimneys Above The Roof (Chimney Heads, Chimney Walls, Chimney Pots, Correctness Of Flue Outlets).2. Cleaning Of Chimney Flues, Including The Removal Of Soot And Other Impurities (Except For Removing Debris): Smoke: 4 Times A Year Exhaust Gas: 2 Times A Year Ventilation: 1 Time A Year. The Contractor Will Prepare A Report On The Performance Of The Activities Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Subject To Substantive Approval By The Building Administration. 3. Determining The Causes Of Incorrect Operation Of Heating And Ventilation Devices.4. Unblocking Chimney Flues - Unblocking Is Confirmed By The Building Administration.5. Installation Of Chimney Doors - The Installation Of Doors Is Confirmed By The Building Administration.6. Performing Supply Ventilation - Ventilation Is Confirmed By The Building Administration.7. Performing Chimney Sweep Duty By Phone. 8. The Contractor, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Is Obliged To Prepare An E-Protocol Along With An Entry In The Ceeb Register. The Services Will Be Performed In Accordance With Art. 62 Of The Construction Law, Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of April 12, 2002 On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Buildings And Their Location (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1225, As Amended), Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of June 7, 2010 On Fire Protection Of Buildings, Other Buildings And Areas (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 822, As Amended), The Act Of August 24, 1991 On Fire Protection (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 188, Consolidated Text). 9. The Detailed Scope Of Services Is Included In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 8 B To The Terms Of Reference.
