The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Development Of A Strategic Noise Map Of The City Of Toruń, Along With Updating The System For Its Management And Making It Available On The Websites Of The Toruń City Hall - As Of 2026, Hereinafter Referred To As The Task Or Subject Of The Contract.2. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed By The Contractor In The Following Elements And Deadlines: 1) Carrying Out The Necessary Measurements To Develop An Acoustic Map And Developing Thematic Layers With An Update Of The Three-Dimensional Terrain Model And Road Noise Measurements Made During This Period - By December 31, 2026, 2) Developing A Strategic Noise Map Of The City Of Toruń With The Status For 2026 And Preparing A Data Package To Be Submitted To The Chief Inspector Of Environmental Protection And The Voivodeship Marshal Kujawsko-Pomorskie, In The Form Of Spreadsheets And Spatial Data Sets (In Accordance With Applicable Regulations) By April 30, 2027.3) Making The Strategic Noise Map Available On The Online Map Portal By May 31, 2027,4) Preparing A Report On The Current Strategic Noise Map Of The City Of Toruń - As Of 2021, By September 30, 2027,5) Preparing Assumptions For The Environmental Noise Protection Program Referred To In Article 119A Of The Environmental Protection Law In The Scope Relating To The City Of Toruń, Together With An Analysis Of The Costs Of Implementing The Activities - By November 30, 2027, 6) Launching A Continuous Road Noise Monitoring Portal Within 4 Months Of Signing The Contract, 7) Performing Continuous Road Noise Measurements In 7 Measurement Locations Indicated By The Ordering Party, Simultaneously Within A Period Of 1 Year (For Full Calendar Months), Their Continuous Recording And Presentation Noise Measurement Results On The Internet Portal (Launch Within 1 Month Of Signing The Contract), And Training Two People In The Use Of The Strategic Noise Map System And The Possibility Of Using The Data Contained Therein.
