As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Quality Guarantee And Provide A Document Confirming Its Granting.3. The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Delivered Device Will Comply With Applicable Standards And Will Have The Required Approvals, Certificates, Technical Approvals, Declarations Of Conformity Of Built-In Materials, Safety Certificates, Licenses, Etc. The Device Covered By This Order, To The Extent That The Relevant Legal Provisions Provide, Must Have The Ce Marking To Prove That The Marked Product Meets The Requirements Of The So-Called Directive. The New Approach Of The European Union (Eu). The Ordering Party Requires The Delivery Of Originals Or Copies Of The Declaration Of Conformity And/Or The Ce Certificate And/Or Certificates Of Notified Bodies That Participated In The Product Conformity Assessment Procedure, If The Supplied Equipment Is Obliged To Have Them No Later Than Acceptance. Of The Ordering Party, Located In The Building Of The Vocational Training Center In Kraśnik, At Ul. Słowackiego 7 In Kraśnik.3) The Contractor Declares That The Subject Of The Order Is Brand New, Unused And Not Displayed At Exhibitions Or Fairs And Is Not A Prototype Machine And Has All The Listed Elements In The Subject Of The Order. The Device Offered By The Contractor Must Meet The Minimum Technical, Qualitative And Functional Parameters And Cannot Be Technically And Qualitatively Worse Than Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - It Must Be At The Level (Equivalent) Or Better Than That Given In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, And Their Use Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Technical/Functional Solutions Provided For In The Described Parameters. The Equipment Must Be Technically Efficient, Complete And Ready For Work. The Contractor Also Declares That The Subject Of The Order Comes From The Manufacturers Official Sales And Distribution Channels For The European Market.
