The Contractor Will Provide Authors Supervision During The Works Carried Out On The Basis Of Design Documentation Prepared On The Basis Of This Agreement And To The Extent Specified By The Construction Law (Article 20(1)(4) Of The Act) And In Accordance With The Arrangements Specified In The Agreement. The Authors Supervision Will Be Performed On The Basis Of Option Law Within The Meaning Of Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Order To Perform The Authors Supervision Will Depend On The Needs Of The Ordering Party.1) The Authors Supervision Includes: A) Off-Site Authors Supervision (In A Maximum Number Of 10 Supervisions): - Preparation Of Material For Supervision, - Travel Time From The Design Office To The Construction Site And Back, - Time Spent On The Construction Site In One Day, - Dealing With Matters Related To Supervision After Return. B) Local Authors Supervision (In A Maximum Number Of 10 Supervision): Simple Activities Performed At The Headquarters Of The Design Unit, If It Results From The Needs Of The Investment, E.G. Issuing An Opinion, Performing An Analysis Or Preparing A Letter That Does Not Require Presence On The Construction Site, Etc. 2) Authors Supervision Will Be Performed At The Request Of The Ordering Party. Authors Supervision Orders Will Depend On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. This Means That The Ordering Party May Waive All Or Part Of The Maximum Amount Of Authors Supervision Specified By The Ordering Party In The Tor (Option Right).
