1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Physical Protection Services For Persons, Property And Facilities Of The National Center For Agricultural Support, Field Branch In Olsztyn At Ul. Głowackiego 6 – 24/7 Surveillance As Well As Maintenance And Service Of The Cctv System And Alarm Installation. The Service Must Be Provided In Accordance With The Act Of August 22, 1997 On The Protection Of Persons And Property (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 532) And Relevant Implementing Acts.2. The Ordering Party Does Not Require That The Direct Physical Security Service Be Performed By Security Personnel Entered On The List Of Qualified Security Personnel Kept By The Commander-In-Chief Of The Police.3. The Ordering Party Allows The Employment Of Employees With A Disability Certificate.4. The Contractor Must Have An Intervention Group That Meets The Requirements Of The Act Of August 22, 1997 On The Protection Of Persons And Property (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 532) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of October 21, 2011 On The Principles Of Arming Specialized Armed Protective Formations And The Conditions Of Storage And Recording Of Weapons And Ammunition (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2015, Item 992). Both Legal Acts Specify In Detail The Rights And Obligations Of Security Staff, Including: Rules Regarding The Use Of Firearms And Means Of Direct Coercion.5. The Alarm System At The Cash Register Consists Of One Satel Ca-6 Alarm Control Panel, 2 Detectors Are Installed, There Is No Obligation To Connect A Fire Alarm System. To The Contractors Alarm Monitoring Station.6. If The Offer Of The Contractor (Consortium) Jointly Applying For The Contract Is Selected, The Ordering Party Allows Each Member Of The Consortium To Issue A Separate Vat Invoice For The Provision Of Services.7. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Annex No. 6 To The Swz (Hereinafter Ppu) And In The Annexes To The Ppu.8. This Is A Contract For A Service With The Alphanumeric Code Of The Basic Dictionary Cpv:79710000-4 - Security Services;50610000-4 - Services In The Field Of Repair And Maintenance Of Security Equipment;50341000-7 - Services In The Field Of Repair And Maintenance Of Television Equipment.9. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers. The Subject Of The Order Is Indivisible, As It Concerns The Full Scope Of Direct Security Services And Technical Security Of One Kowr Ot Olsztyn Facility At Ul. Głowackiego 6/10.
