Tenders Are Invited For Providing Psychological Counseling Services To Victims Of Violence, Including Domestic Violence Under The City For The Family Project In The Period From February 2, 2026 To December 31, 2026.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Psychological Counseling Services For Victims Of Violence, Including Domestic Violence, Provided By A Psychologist As Part Of The City For The Family Project, Implemented By The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Tomaszów Mazowiecki.2. This Order Is Intended To Select An Entity/Natural Person(S) Who Will Provide Psychological Counseling Services To Victims Of Violence, Including Domestic Violence, As Part Of The City For The Family Project For 165 Hours Per Month, In The Period From February 2, 2026 To December 31, 20263. Total Time Of The Service Provided During The Contract Period: 165 Hours (15 Hours X 11 Months = 165 Hours).4. In The Case Of An Entity - Health Care Services May Only Be Outsourced To Entities Performing Medical Activities Authorized To Do So Under Generally Applicable Law.5. In Accordance With The Requirements, The Provision Of Psychological Counseling Services To Victims Of Violence, Including Domestic Violence, Under The City For Family Project At The Day Support Center For Children And Youth May Be Provided Directly By A Person With Appropriate Education Entitling Him To Work In The Position Covered By This Order. 6. The Scope Of The Contractors Basic Responsibilities Includes: A) Identifying The Resources And Needs Of Project Participants In The Field Of Psychological Support; B) Supporting Project Participants In Solving Current Mental Problems That Affect The Comfort Of Their Functioning In Everyday Life; C) Providing Support, In Particular To Participants Of A Day Support Facility For Children And Adolescents In The Development Of Free Time Skills, Interpersonal Skills Aimed At Learning How To Resolve Conflicts And Personal Problems; D) Practicing And Learning Behavior In Specific Situations; E) Developing Social Skills, Group Cooperation, Conflict Resolution, Coping With Emotions Etc.7. Individual Meetings For People Experiencing Domestic Violence In The Field Of: Recognizing The Situation Of Victims Of Domestic Violence, Helping Them And Supporting Them In Overcoming The Crisis Situation Related To The Occurrence Of Domestic Violence, As Well As Acquiring The Skills To Protect Themselves Against A Person Using Violence. Due To The Fact That Violence Is Usually A Long And Repeated Process, Counseling Will Not Be One-Off, But Will Last Until The Situation Is Stabilized, At Least Until December 31, 2026. 8. Services Will Be Provided On Working Days, From Monday To Friday From 7:30 A.M. To 8:00 P.M. (During Family Assistants Working Hours). Psychological Support Can Be Provided In A Group Form Or Individually For Each Of The Project Participants In Accordance With The Developed Support Path.
