The Tasks Are Carried Out As Part Of The Project No. Feld.08.08-Iz.00-0059/23-00 Entitled: Competent Professional - Satisfaction For Yourself And Others Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The Regional Program European Funds For Łódź For 2021-2027. The Order Is Divided Into 3 Parts, The Contractor May Submit An Offer For Any Number Of Parts Of The Order. 3.2. Courses For Teachers - Onlinepart No. 1 - Creating Wpf And .Net Desktop Applications Course Part No. 2 - Javascript Programmer Course 0Part No. 3 - Automation Tester Course 3.3. Cpv Code: 80510000-2 Specialized Training Services3.4. The Contractor Is Not Able To Add People Directed By The Ordering Party To The Group He Recruits.3.5. The Contractor Undertakes Not To Charge Participants With Any Additional Costs.3.6. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Implement The Course Online - Only In Accordance With The Opz. 3.7. The Contractor Must Provide Appropriate Technical Resources Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Meeting Health And Safety Requirements.3.8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Monitor Individual Stages, Including The Exam, Including: To Inform Students About The Exam Date And The Issuance Of The Required Documents By The Examination Institution.3.9. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Divided Into Three Parts, Is Included In Annex No. 8 To This Tor. 3/10 The Ordering Party Does Not Impose The Requirement Referred To In Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E. The Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of Persons Performing Activities During The Execution Of The Order Under An Employment Contract.3.11.
