The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Activities: Activity 1 - Preparation Of An Investment Project: Development Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase In Compliance With Ordinance No. 4 Of 21.05.2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects; When Preparing The Project, The Selected Contractor Should Comply With The Mandatory Measures For Maintaining And Securing The Object, Prescribed In The Passport From The Survey To Establish The Technical Characteristics And In The Energy Survey Report And The Certificate For Energy Characteristics Of Buildings In Operation. Activity 2 — Implementation Of The Mia For The Construction Of The Site: The Planned Mia Activities Include All Activities For Energy Renovation - For The Implementation Of Ee Measures And All Activities For The Implementation Of The Mandatory Measures Prescribed By The Survey To Establish The Technical Characteristics For The Site, According To The Developed Investment Project. The Following Esms Are Foreseen, Described In Detail In The Certificate For The Buildings Energy Characteristics: Ecm B1 - Thermal Insulation Of The External Walls; Esm Vz - Thermal Insulation Of A Roof; Ecm B4 - Thermal Insulation Of The Floor; Esm B5 - Replacement Of Windows; Esm C12 - Measures For Lighting Systems. Cmr From Technical Passport Mandatory Measures Prescribed In The Technical Passport And Survey Under Architecture, Constructions, Fire Safety, Electrical - Lightning Protection And Measures To Ensure Accessible Environment Are Foreseen. Activity 3 - Exercise Of Authors Supervision During Construction According To Art. 162 Of The Law On Territorial Planning.
