It is expected that invitations for bid will be made in March 2026. Eligible applicants with the following key qualifications are invited to participate in this prequalification process: Financial Resources: Minimum financial resources to meet the construction cash flow requirements estimated as: For Lot 1 = US$ 6,81 million; For Lot 2 = US$ 5,25 million; For Lot 3 = US$ 9,20 million; All combined (Lots 1-3) = USD $ 21,26 million.
