Probation Services – Framework Agreement On Integration Aimed At Maintenance, Pruning And Development Of Surrounding Areas; Fences, Green Spaces And Parking Lots Of The Pyramides In Bourges. Open Adapted Procedure Subject To The Provisions Of Articles L. 2123-1 And R. 2123-1 3° And L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 To R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Purpose Of This Consultation Is The Social And Professional Integration Of Residents Of The Cher Department, Who Are Permanently Excluded From The Labor Market Or Who Encounter Difficulties In Accessing Or Maintaining Employment. The Department Of Cher Entrusts The Selected Candidate With Employment Support And Support Services Within The Framework Of A Workshop And Integration Project Governed By Article L.5132-15 Of The Labor Code. These Services Are Based On Maintenance Activities, Upkeep, Pruning And Development Of The Surroundings Of The Pyramids And These Parking Areas On Route De Guerry Which Are Only The Support Of The Integration Process Subject Of The Market. The Single-Awardee Framework Agreement Will Be Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders. Services Are Regulated By Unit Prices. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded From 05/04/2026 Or From The Date Of Notification Of The Contract If This Is Later Than 05/04/2026. Initial Period: From 04/05/2026 (Or Date Of Notification If This Is After 04/05/2026) To 31/12/2026 Renewal Period 1: From 01/01/2027 To 31/12/2027 Renewal Period 2: From 01/01/2028 To 12/31/2028 Renewal Period 3: From 01/01/2029 To 12/31/2029 Renewal Period 4: 01/01/2030 To 05/03/2030 Or On The Anniversary Date Of The Framework Agreement
