This Pcs Will Be Established In Ile De France Or Around Strasbourg At A Distance Of Approximately 30 Minutes By Car At Most, On A Grdf Lease Site Currently Being Determined. Candidates Must Be Able To Cover These Two Areas. The Expected Services Are Operation Of The Pcs 24 Hours A Day, 365 Days A Year, And More Particularly: • Supervision Of Video Streams In Real Time. • Management Of Alerts And Incidents According To Grdf Procedures. • Interfacing With Existing Systems (Remote Monitoring, Security Is). • Production Of Reports And Performance Indicators. • Services Made Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Services • A Capacity To Resolve Doubts Quickly And Reliably In The Event Of An Alert Or Incident Arising From Video Or Access Control Activities Linked To The Installation, Maintenance Or Development Of Equipment (Cameras, Servers, Network) Do Not Fall Within The Scope Of This Contract And Are Covered By Separate Contracts. Selection Criterion For The Application Phase 1- Technical And Professional Abilities (80% Weighting).  Quality And Relevance Of 3 Recent References For The Operation Of A Pcs With A Legal Entity Of Similar Size Having A National Presence  Technical Means Implemented By The Company In Relation To The Market  Average Workforce In Relation To The Market (Internal And External Workforce) 2- Economic And Financial Capacities, (Weighting 20%).  Evolution Of Overall Turnover Over The Last 3 Financial Years.  Evolution Of Turnover In Relation To The Services Covered By The Contract Over The Last 3 Financial Years.  Share Of Turnover Concerning The Services Covered By The Contract In Question Over The Last Financial Year Minimum Requirements  The Candidate Must Prove That They Hold A Professional Card From The Cnaps As Well As Its Managers.  In Application Of Article R2142-7 Of The Public Procurement Code, Candidates Are Warned That A Minimum Turnover Is Required, To Apply Thus The Candidates Minimum Turnover Based On The Requested Documents Must Be €1,100,000 Annually (One Million One Hundred Thousand Euros Annually) Taken Over The Last Known Financial Year
