Works For Complete Or Part Construction And Civil Engineering Work – Waldshut District - Europe-Wide Award Of Planning And Construction Services For The New Building Of The Hochrhein Central Hospital. The Waldshut District Intends To Award The Continuation Of The Existing Planning And Construction Of The New Building Of The Hochrhein Central Hospital (Klhr). The Project Will Be Realized As Part Of A Europe-Wide Combined Tendering Competition For Planning And Construction Services In The Negotiated Procedure According To Vob/A With A Preceding Europe-Wide Participation Competition. The Waldshut District Intends To Build The New Hochrhein Central Hospital By 2030. In Its Capacity As A Central Hospital, The Klhr Is Planned To Have Around 352 Beds. The Clinic Will Have Specialist Departments For Internal Medicine, General And Visceral Surgery, Orthopedics And Trauma Surgery, Gynecology And Obstetrics, Geriatrics, Radiology And Anesthesia And Intensive Care Medicine, Among Others. The Property Is Located In The South Of Albbruck Between The B34 And The Course Of The Rhine. The Area Is Currently Undeveloped. A Building With Around 27,506 M2 Of Usable Space Is To Be Built. The Existing Planning (Orientation Planning At The Level Of A Draft Plan (Lph 3)) Represents The Basis Of The Funding Application That Has Already Been Submitted And Must Be Checked For Plausibility And Validated. The Bidder Must Offer The Client To Optimize The New Building From A Planning/Economic Point Of View (Design To Cost), Update It And Build It Structurally Ready For Operation And Function Based On The Existing Orientation Plan. Ensuring Cost And Deadline Security As Well As The Qualities Presented In The Functional Service Description Are Extremely Important Concerns For The Client When Implementing The Project. The Waldshut District Should Provide A Maximum Budget For The Planning And Construction Services To Be Provided For The New Central Hospital Building Project. The Amount Will Be Communicated To The Bidders Selected For The Bidding Phase. The Amount Should Be Less Than This And Includes All Additional Costs. The Client Reserves The Right To Cancel The Award Procedure If The Result Of The Tender Results In The Budget Intended For Provision Being Exceeded. Emphasis Is Placed On Rapid Construction Completion. The Involvement Of Medium-Sized Companies Is Desired In The Further Course Of The Process (Medium-Sized Companies Concept). The Following Service Period Is Intended: End Of July 2026: Award Of Contract Q4 2026: Start Of Construction End Of 2030: Completed Commissioning/Acceptance
