Construction-Site Supervision Services - Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of Smr For Objects Of The Municipality Of Rakitovo. Administrative Tasks • Supporting The Actions Of The Employer To Obtain The Necessary Permits And Approvals For The Implementation Of The Object, If The Same Are Not Available; • Informing The Contracting Authority About The Progress Of The Construction, By Means Of Regular Reports And Organizing Informational Meetings And On-Site Visits To The Site; • Provision To The Contracting Authority, At The Conclusion Of The Contract, Of All Primary Documents And Received Materials, Which Were Collected And Prepared By Him During And On The Occasion Of The Execution Of The Contract And The Construction Contract; • Informing The Employer And The Executor Of The Construction Contract About All Potential Problems That Arise And Could Arise During The Construction, Presenting Adequate Solutions For Them; • Notifying The Contracting Authority With A Written Notice Of Suspension Of The Execution Of The Contract Due To Force Majeure; • Ensuring The Permanent Presence Of The Specialists On The Relevant Parts Depending On The Construction And Installation Works Being Performed; • At Any Moment, The Contractor Should Perform His Duties Impartially And Loyally, And Be A Trusted Advisor To The Employer In Accordance With The Principles Of Professional Ethics; • Provision Of Access For On-Site Inspections And Audits; • Implementation Of The Measures And Recommendations Contained In The On-Site Inspection Reports. The Specific Tasks For Each Of The Activities Are Indicated In The Technical Specification, Available In The Profile Of The Buyer Of The Municipality Of Rakitovo. The Performance Of The Contractor Will Be Assessed By Preparing And Presenting Reports On The Work Performed. The Contractor Prepares And Provides The Employer With Reports, The Form Of Which Is Agreed With Him. For The Period Of Project Implementation, The Contractor Should Prepare And Present Interim Reports On The Performance Of The Service, After The Completion Of Each Of The Construction Stages, Proving The Suitability For Acceptance Of The Respective Construction Stage. Within 10 (Ten) Days From The Completion Of The Implementation Of Each Stage Of The Construction And Presentation Of The Results Of Tests And Measurements, The Consultant Prepares And Provides The Employer With An Interim Report, Which Contains The Following Information:  A Description Of The Contracts For The Implementation Of The Construction, The Construction Documents, The Executive Documentation And The Acts And Protocols Drawn Up During The Construction, The Documentation From The Sites Construction File (Acts, Protocols, Diaries, Operational Declarations) Indicators/Declarations On The Characteristics Of The Construction Product Of The Inserted Construction Products And Other Documents Required By The Relevant Normative Act), As Well As Those For Conducted Tests, Measurements, Etc., Proving The Correctness Of The Implementation, Etc.;  The Data From The Inspection Of The Site And The Surrounding Space (Has It Been Restored In The Form When The Construction Site Was Opened), Including A Description Of The Construction And Of Unfinished, Unfinished Or Poorly Done Works, Which Until Submission
