Request For Participation: Fingrid Oyj Is Initiating A Type Approval Process To Select Suppliers For Substation Control And Protection Systems. The Scope Of This Procurement Includes The Following: Mandatory Products: • Rtu • Hmi • Bay Control Unit • Distance Protection • Line Differential Protection • Multipurpose Protection Ied • 400 Kv Voltage And Restoration Functions • 400 Kv Automatic Re-Closing • Transformer Differential Protection • 400 Kv Busbar Protection • Switches Optional Products: • 110 Kv Distributed Busbar Protection • Voltage Regulator • Ied For Measuring Sub And Inter-Harmonic Frequencies The Objective Of This Process Is To Establish Contracts With A Maximum Of Three Suppliers Capable Of Providing A Complete, Type-Approved Solution For Upcoming Substation Projects. Selected Suppliers Will Ensure System Reliability And Compliance With Fingrid’S Standards Starting In 2028. The Contract Period Is Seven Years.
