Tenders are invited for 2D Animator - Euromed Clusters Forward Euromed Clusters Forward is a regional initiative co-funded by the European Union, aiming to strengthen cluster ecosystems and enhance collaboration, competitiveness, and innovation across the Southern Mediterranean region. The project supports clusters, SMEs, and ecosystem actors through capacity building, knowledge exchange, visibility actions, and strategic communication tools. As part of its communication and awareness-raising activities, the project seeks to produce short, engaging 2D infographic-style animated videos that explain the importance, role, and added value of clusters in different national contexts. Within this framework, two dedicated animated videos will be developed to focus on: · Lebanon, highlighting the need for clusters and ongoing efforts to strengthen cluster development Egypt, showcasing the role of clusters and existing initiatives supporting cluster growth These videos will be used for digital dissemination, events, and stakeholder engagement, targeting entrepreneurs, policymakers, support organizations, and ecosystem actors. The scripts for both videos will be provided by Berytech, the project implementing partner. To deliver these outputs, Euromed Clusters Forward is seeking a 2D Animator to transform the provided scripts into visually compelling, easy-to-understand infographic-style animations, including professional voice-over integration. Scope of Work: The consultant will be responsible for the end-to-end production of two (2) animated videos, as follows: General Responsibilities · Review and interpret scripts provided by Berytech for both Lebanon and Egypt Develop a clear visual storytelling approach using 2D infographic-style animation Design original illustrations, icons, and motion graphics aligned with the projects objectives · Ensure consistency with Euromed Clusters Forward and Berytech branding guidelines Integrate professional voice-over for each video (language and tone as agreed) · Incorporate feedback and revisions provided by the project team Deliver final outputs optimized for digital platforms and presentations Video-Specific Scope Lebanon Cluster Awareness Video · Create a 2D animated infographic video explaining: The importance and need for clusters in Lebanon The role of clusters in supporting SMEs, innovation, and economic development Current actions and initiatives supporting cluster development in Lebanon under ECF Reflect the Lebanese context visually and conceptually Egypt Cluster Awareness Video · Create a 2D animated infographic video explaining: The importance and role of clusters in Egypt How clusters enhance collaboration, competitiveness, and market access Ongoing initiatives and efforts supporting cluster development in Egypt, under ECF Adapt visuals and messaging to the Egyptian context while maintaining consistency with the overall project identity Deliverables and Timeline: The consultancy is expected to deliver the following outputs: · Two (2) completed 2D animated infographic-style videos One focused on Lebanon One focused on Egypt Maximum duration: 2 minutes per video Audio: Professional voice-over fully integrated and synchronized Formats: Final videos delivered in MP4 (or agreed format), optimized for online use Source files: Editable animation/source files upon completion The timeline will be agreed upon at contract signature, with delivery expected within a short production window aligned with project communication needs. The consultant is expected to work efficiently and adhere to agreed milestones (concept draft revisions final delivery).
