The Tender Relates To Holistic Care, As Described In §§ 5, 9, 10 And 11 Of The Elderly Act, §§ 83 And 83A Of The Service Act And The Current § 138 Of The Health Act. For The Implementation Of Holistic Care, There Will Be A Municipal Holistic Care Supplier And The Private Holistic Care Supplier Who Wins This Tender. All Citizens Who Are Granted Benefits In Accordance With Section 10 Of The Elderly Act (Personal Care, Practical Help And Rehabilitation Of Physical Impairment Caused By An Illness That Is Not Treated In Connection With Hospitalization) Or Section 83 Of The Service Act Will Be Informed By Myndighedsservice About The Possibility To Choose Between Private And Municipal Supplier. The Free Choice Is Hereby Supported By § 18, Subsection 1 Of The Elderly Act. 2, Point 1 And § 91 Of The Service Act. Roskilde Municipality Today Supports The Free Choice In Accordance With The Elderly Act Via The Free Choice Certificate Scheme. This Arrangement Will Be Phased Out When The Present Agreement With A Private Provider Of Holistic Care In Accordance With The Elderly Act Begins.
