Touch Screen Monitors – Delivery Of Interactive Monitors For The Needs Of The Warsaw University Of Technology – Framework Agreement. 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Supply Of 65 Touch Interactive Monitors, 75 Touch Interactive Monitors, 85-86 Touch Interactive Monitors And Mobile Trolleys For Touch Interactive Monitors For The Needs Of The Ordering Party, I.E. The Warsaw University Of Technology. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Attached As Annex No. 9 To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Must Come From A Legal Source And Be Intended For Use In Poland. 2) The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Not Subject To Interpretation. If The Provisions Of The Specification/Opz Are, In The Opinion Of The Contractor, Unclear, Incomplete, Imprecise Or Incorrect, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ask A Question Before Submitting The Offer. 3) The Features Required In The Opz/Specification Are Minimum Parameters.
