Repair And Maintenance Services Of Rolling Stock – Repairs At The P5 Maintenance Level Of Sixteen Electric Multiple Units Type 22Wee-Gsm-R Of The En76 Series. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Performance Of Repairs At The P5 Maintenance Level Of 16 (Sixteen) Electric Multiple Units Type 22Wee-Gsm-R Of The En76 Series (Ezt) Manufactured By Pojazdy Szynowe Pesa Bydgoszcz S.A. Including Modernization And Additional Works, (Basic Order), 2) Option Of Retrofitting These Vehicles With The European Train Control System (Hereinafter Referred To As The Etcs On-Board System) Baseline Version At Least 3.4.0 Along With Obtaining Permission To Place Railway Vehicles On The Market. 2. A Detailed Description, Scope, Requirements And Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Terms Of Reference (Swz) Together With The Annexes. 3. In All Provisions Of The Swz And Its Annexes That Refer To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Indicated In The Swz And Annexes If They Allow To Obtain Features Or Parameters Not Worse Than Those Referred To In The Swz And Annexes. If Equivalent Solutions Are Used, The Contractor Will Prove In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4. The Ordering Party Requests The Submission Of The Evidence Referred To Above (If Applicable). If The Contractor Does Not Submit The Evidence Or The Evidence Submitted Is Incomplete, The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 107 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law Will Call On The Contractor To Submit Or Supplement The Evidence Referred To Above (If Applicable), Subject To The Provisions Of Art. 107 Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law. 5. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Quality Guarantee For Each Entire Emu For A Period Of At Least 18 Months, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Commission Acceptance Protocol For A Given Electric Multiple Unit After Completing The Subject Of The Contract On A Given Emu. 6. The Ordering Party Requires The Order To Be Completed In The Years 2026 - 2028. 7. The Ordering Party Requires: 1) Repair Of The First Electric Multiple Unit At The P5 Maintenance Level, Including Modernization, Additional Work, Supplementing The Gaps In The Equipment, I.E. Elements That Are Missing In The Vehicle Compared To The Solutions Included In The Emu Construction Documentation, And Performing Other Works Necessary During The Repair At The P5 Level To Achieve The Technical Condition Specified In The Regulations And Technical Conditions Acceptance, But Not Included In Every Emu Repair, And Optionally Retrofitting With The Etcs Baseline On-Board System Version At Least 3.4.0, Within A Period No Longer Than 15 Months From The Date Of Handing Over The Electric Multiple Unit For Repair.
