The Product (Milk) Must Meet The Requirements Of St Rk 1760-2008, Namely, The Consistency Must Be Liquid, Homogeneous, Not Viscous, Slightly Viscous, Without Protein Flakes And Lumps Of Fat. The Taste And Smell Are Characteristic Of Milk, Without Any Foreign Tastes Or Odors. The Color Is White, Uniform Throughout The Mass. The Supplier Must Provide Packaging For The Goods That Is Capable Of Preventing Them From Damage Or Deterioration During Transportation To Their Destination. The Packaging Must Withstand Intensive Handling And Exposure To Extreme Temperatures; Milk Storage Conditions Must Be Observed, Especially During The Hot Period Of The Year (Summer Months).
