Compliance With The Investment Budget, D. The Quality Of The Work Carried Out, E. Compliance Of Work Methods With Occupational Health And Safety Rules. Enforcing The Requirements Of The Contract Between The Ordering Party And The General Contractor Of The Investment (Execution Agreement).2) Advising The Ordering Party On The Optimization Of Changes In Design Solutions And Implementation Procedures Aimed At Reducing The Costs Of The Investment. 3) Preparation And Introduction Of Implementation Procedures: A. Flow And Acceptance Of Material Cards, B. Flow And Acceptance Of Monthly Processing And Declarations Of No Arrears, C. Acceptance Of Final And Partial Works, D. Acceptance Of Replacement And Additional Solutions.4) Monitoring The Contractor Of Construction Works In The Scope Of: A. Compliance Of The Current Progress Of Works With The Schedule, B. Compliance Of Project Changes With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, C. Preparation And Submission Of Applications To The Appropriate Authorities. D. Obtaining Appropriate Permits, Arrangements, Technical Conditions For Utilities, Access To The Investment, Etc., E. Securing Utilities For Construction Purposes, Including Entry/Exit To The Construction Site, F. Obtaining Appropriate Approvals From Appraisers, G.
