Built Using Traditional Technology. The Body Of The Building Is In The Shape Of The Letter L And Is Covered With A Gable And Multi-Pitched Roof With A Roof Slope Of 35.7% And 36.4%. External Dimensions: - Length: 34.77 M, - Width: 24.04 M - Height: 6.34 M/7.75 M The Body Of The Building In Subdued Colors: White Walls, Roof Covering - Graphite Metal Roof Tiles. Condition Existingthe Existing Single-Story School Building. It Has Not Been Used For Several Years. Good Technical Condition, Requires Reconstruction And Renovation In Order To Adapt It To A Nursery. Designed Conditionthe Planned Reconstruction And Change Of Use Involves The Demolition Of Some Walls And Renovation Of Rooms On The Ground Floor Of The Building, As A Result Of Which Two Rooms For Children Will Be Created Along With Adjacent Hygiene And Sanitary Rooms, A Cloakroom For Children, A Stroller Room And A Deckchair Storage Room. In The Part Intended For Staff, There Will Be Three Office Rooms, A Nurse/Midwifes Room, Sanitary Rooms, A Social Room, Locker Rooms For Employees And Cleaning Rooms. Public Bathrooms Will Be Divided For Men And Women, And One Bathroom Will Be Adapted For Disabled People.
