Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of A Pumptrack Bicycle Track And Small Architectural Structures In Wielopole

The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Task Titled: Construction Of A Pumptrack Bicycle Track And Small Architectural Structures In Wielopole. The Scope Of The Order Includes: Dismantling The Existing Playground, Construction Of A Pump Track With An Asphalt Surface, As Well As Installation Of Benches, Waste Bins, Bicycle Racks And A Board With The Facility Regulations. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor, After Completing The Works, Will Obtain All Final Permits, Decisions, Arrangements And Opinions Required By Law Along With The Use Permit And Will Bear The Costs Of Obtaining Them. The Ordering Party Will Grant The Contractor A Power Of Attorney To Represent The Contractor In Order To Fulfill The Obligation. The Contractor Must Offer: 1) At Least A 3-Year Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Matter Of The Order; 2) A 5-Year Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Matter Of The Order. The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Which Constitute Annex No. 7 To The Swz And Annex No. 8 To The Swz, Respectively. The Conditions For The Execution Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Agreements, Which Constitute Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
