The Scope Of Work Includes Bricklaying, Plastering, Painting, Carpentry And Carpentry Works In Real Estate Owned By The City Of Słupsk Managed By Pgm Sp. Z O. O. In Common Parts Of Municipal Buildings, Residential Premises, Cells, Utility Rooms, Garages Consisting Of: - External Surface Works, - Making Formwork From Osb Boards, - Insulating External Walls, - Replacing Wooden Structures, - Painting Works, - Replacing Door Joinery, - Repairing Concrete Floors, - Replacing Wooden Floors, - Repairing And Replenishing Plasters, - Repairing Or Rebuilding Walls, - Repairing Or Replacing Door Joinery Fittings And Windows - Securing Uninhabited Premises, - Rebuilding Chimneys. The Contractor Is The Producer Of Waste Generated During The Implementation Of This Contract And Is Responsible For The Disposal Of Waste Originating From The Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Apply And Comply With The Regulations In Accordance With The Applicable Waste Act Of December 14, 2012 (Journal Of Laws 2025.733, As Amended). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, And, Additionally, In The Bill Of Quantities, Constituting Annexes To The Swz:1. Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Annex No. 8),2. Bills Of Quantities - Outlay Cost Estimates (Appendix No. 9). The Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Documentation, Applicable Regulations, Standards And On The Terms Agreed In The Contract. The Location Of The Works And The Scope Of The Works Will Be Determined Each Time In A Written Work Order Issued To The Contractor By The Ordering Party.
