3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is Demolition Of A Building On Plot No. 595 In Nowa Wieś At Ul. Przemęcka 2. Building On Plot No. 595 In Nowa Wieś At Ul. Przemęcka 2, Which Is Subject To Demolition, Is A Single-Story Building With An Attic And A Partial Basement. The Object In Plan Has The Shape Of A Rectangle With Sides 10.73X17.67 M, And The Maximum Height Of The Building - The Height Of The Ridge - Is Approximately 8.00 M. It Was Built Using The Traditional Brick Method. The Ceilings Above The Basement Rooms Are Arched Brick Ceilings. The Ceiling Above The Ground Floor Is Made Of Wood. Gable Roofs Over The Attic And Dormers Supported By A Purlin-And-Tick Truss, Roof Covered With Ondulin Corrugated Sheet Metal.3.2. The Scope Of The Contract Includes Fencing And Hardening In Accordance With The Design Documentation.3.3. The Building To Be Demolished Is Located On The Border With Plots No. 594 And 596, Therefore Special Caution Should Be Exercised During The Work.3.4. In Addition, The Subject Of The Order Includes The Development Of An As-Built Surveying Inventory.3.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Design Documentation Prepared By: Biuro Inżynierskie Michał Izydorek Sp. Z O. O. - Annex No. 9 To Swz.3.6. The Scope Of The Order In Question Is Covered By The Demolition Permit No. 22/2025 Issued By The Starosta Of Wolsztyn On December 3, 2025. 3.7. The Contractor Will Make The Subject Of The Order From Its Own Materials.3.8. The Contractors Obligations Include Carrying Out All Necessary Tests And Bearing All Related Costs, As Well As Preparing A Traffic Management Project, Installing And Maintaining Signage For The Duration Of The Works, And Paying For The Occupation Of The Road.3.9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Its Own Source Of Electricity And Water For The Duration Of The Investment.
