1. Subject Matter Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order Is Medical Support For Rescue Operations Conducted With The Participation Of A Doctor And The Provision Of Psychological Care During The Rescue Operation And After Its Completion In The Underground Wieliczka Salt Mine Plant, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of June 9, 2011 On Geological And Mining Law And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of March 16, 2017 On Mining Rescue.2. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order2.1 The Ordering Party Entrusts The Contractor With Activities In The Field Of Medical Support For Rescue Operations Carried Out With The Participation Of A Doctor And Providing Psychological Care During The Rescue Operation And After Its Completion.2.2 As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Medical Care In Order To Provide Medical Assistance During The Rescue Operation With The Participation Of A Doctor From The Wieliczka Salt Mine. The Doctor Should Have The Following Qualifications: 1) License To Practice The Profession, 2) Completed Postgraduate Internship, 3) Completed One Of The Following Specializations: Emergency Medicine, General Surgery, Traumatic And Orthopedic Surgery, Internal Diseases, Anesthesiology, Neurology, General Medicine, Occupational Medicine, Family Medicine Or Completed A Medical Rescue Course Conducted By The Central Station Of Mining Rescue S.A. Based In Bytom.2.3 As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Psychological Care In Order To Provide Psychological Assistance To Rescuers And Injured Persons During The Rescue Operation And After Its Completion. For This Purpose, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Ensure The Care Of A Person With Qualifications Entitling Him To Practice The Profession Of Psychologist Specified In The Act Of June 8, 2001 On The Profession Of Psychologist And Professional Self-Government Of Psychologists, During The Rescue Operation And After Its Completion; 2) Have At His Disposal Persons Authorized To Practice The Following Professions: A) Psychologist, B) Psychotherapist, C) Psychiatrist - And Indicate Their Names And Surnames, Places Of Work And Telephone Numbers. The List Of Persons Referred To In This Point Will Constitute Annex No. 1 To The Contract. 2.4 By Accepting The Obligations Arising From The Ordering Partys Entrusting Of Activities In The Field Of Medical Support For Rescue Operations And Providing Psychological Care, The Contractor Undertakes To: 1) Ensure 24-Hour Medical And 24-Hour On-Call Services Of Psychologists, 2) Ensure The Participation Of A Doctor In A Maximum Of 60 Hours Of Rescue Operations, 3) Provide Psychological Care By A Psychologist, Psychotherapist And Psychiatrist For Mine Rescuers And Rescuers Injured Persons During The Rescue Operation And After Its Completion, For A Maximum Of 60 Hours.2.5 24-Hour Medical Duty And 24-Hour Psychologist Duty The Contract
