The Subject Of This Order Is The Manufacture And Delivery Of Office Furniture And Equipment, Delivery Of Finished Products Along With Their Unloading, Carrying And Assembly At The Place Of Delivery, I.E. The Headquarters Of The Rescue And Firefighting Unit No. 2 In Rumia, Ul. Kosynierów 67, 84-230 Rumia. 2. The Conditions Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Specification.3. The Cost Of Delivery, Unloading And Installation Of The Subject Of The Order At The Ordering Partys Premises Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Minimum 36-Month Warranty For The Delivered Furniture And Household Appliances - From The Date Of Final Acceptance. The Warranty Period May Be Extended - As An Additional Criterion For Evaluating The Offer.
