The Subject Of The Order Is The Superstructure, Modernization And Expansion With An Elevator Shaft In The Design And Build Formula Of Building F For Hospital Clinics On The Premises Of Sp Zoz Oborniki As Part Of The Project Support For Aos In Sp Zoz Oborniki Through Expansion, Modernization And Purchase Of Equipment, On The Basis And To The Extent Specified In Particular In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) And The Contract Template. Turnkey Design And Implementation Of: • Superstructure Of The Left Wing Of Building F In Order To Create Housing Conditions For Existing Specialist Clinics, Including Its Expansion With A Lift Shaft With An Elevator And A Communication Hall On Each Floor, • Replacement Of Doors And Pvc Floor Covering With Painting Of Rooms On The Ground Floor Of The Right Wing Of Building F And Replacement Of The Main Door Along With Renovation Of The Entrance Stairs • In Building F, At The Main Entrance On The Ground Floor, A Room Was Organized Reception/Registration, A New Waiting Room Has Been Created In The Right Wing. In Both Cases, The Corridor Walls Must Be Demolished. In The Case Of The Reception Room, This Will Involve The Introduction Of A Steel Joist.• Making Façade Patches Connecting The New Superstructure With The Current One• Making Adjustments In Land Development Related To The Construction Of The Superstructure2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz, I.E. The Functional And Utility Program And The Annex To The Ffu. Information On The Rules Of Delivery And Warranty Is Included In Annex No. 12 To The Swz - Contract Template.
