Tenders Are Invited For Renovations Of Gas Installations In Buildings And Residential Premises Administered By The Municipal Buildings Authority In Elbląg.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Gas Installations In Buildings And Residential Premises Administered By The Municipal Buildings Authority In Elbląg. The Order Will Be Implemented In Two Stages In The Scope Of: • In The Design And Build System As The Development Of Design Documentation And, Based On It, Reconstruction Of The Internal Gas Installation In Buildings And Premises Administered By The Municipal Buildings Authority In Elbląg • As Construction Works Consisting In Partial Replacement Or Repair Of The Gas Installation Not Requiring Administrative Decisions In Buildings And Premises Administered By The Municipal Buildings Authority2. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Design Documentation And, Based On It, The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Or Renovation Of Gas Installations In The Resources Administered By The Municipal Buildings Authority, Along With Obtaining The Necessary Administrative Decisions Enabling The Implementation Of These Works. The Subject Of The Order Will Also Include Repairs Of Gas Installations That Do Not Require Design, Without Changing The Technical And Operational Parameters Of The Property.3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party - On The Basis Of The Granted Power Of Attorney - To Contact The Gas Fuel Supplier In Matters Related To The Need To Dismantle Measuring Devices, Reinstall Them And Start Gas Supply To The Indicated Premises/Building.4. The Detailed Scope Of Works To Be Performed Is Determined By: The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz And The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
