The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Task Entitled: Construction Of Traffic Lights At The Intersection Of District Road No. 3205P With District Road No. 3409P And Railway Line No. 3 Km 177.861 On The Border Of The Town Of Koło And The Town Of Ruchenna, Together With Obtaining On Behalf And On Behalf Of The Investor All Notifications, Opinions And Arrangements Necessary To Obtain A Final Decision On A Building Permit Or To Notify The Intention To Implement Construction Works Together With Obtaining This Decision Or A Written Certificate Of No Objections. Road 3205P Constitutes The Northern Bypass Of The City Of Koła (In The Final Phase Of Construction), Road 3409P Is Partly Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Koła - Ul. Ślusarska, Partly In The Village Of Ruchenna, Rural Commune Of Koło. These Roads Are Public Roads Of The District Category. At A Distance Of Approximately 25 M From The Edge Of The Road Intersection, There Are Barriers Before The Rail And Road Crossing With Railway Line No. 3 At Km 177+861. The Investors Intention Is To Develop Documentation Of Traffic Lights Within The Double Road And Railway Intersection, Synchronized With Pkp Signaling. The Signals Are Intended To Improve Road Safety And Have Touch Switches For Pedestrians At Each Of The Two Planned Pedestrian Crossings. As Part Of The Study, Dedicated Lighting Should Be Designed At Two Pedestrian Crossings With Connections To The Existing Lighting Installation. The Crossings Should Be Connected With A Sidewalk With The Parameters Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path. A Pedestrian Sidewalk Or A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path Should Be Marked Off Through The Railway Station Area With Horizontal Markings On The Existing Slabs, Or Plans Should Be Made To Add Slabs. In The Event Of A Narrowing Of The Sidewalk/Pedestrian Bicycle Path At The Railway Station Gates, Plans Should Be Made To Relocate Them And Replace The Barriers.
