A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz, Regarding The Minimum Technical And Operational Requirements Required By The Ordering Party. The Technical Parameters Indicated In The Above Attachment Should Be Treated As The Required Minimum, Which Means That The Contractor Can Offer A Vehicle With Better And Higher Parameters.3. The Order And Its Implementation Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Contained In This Specification Of Essential Terms Of The Order And The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order Free From Any Defects, Brand New, Of Full Value, Made In Accordance With Standards. No Part May Be Used, Show Signs Of Damage, Etc.5. The Delivered Car Must Be Accompanied By Appropriate Documents Proving Compliance With All Relevant Standards And Guidelines That The Above-Mentioned Car Should Meet Before It Is Allowed For Use. 6.
