Scope Of The Order: The Subject Of The Public Order Includes The Supply Of Low-Voltage Net Active Electrical Energy And The Performance Of The Functions Of The Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group For The Needs Of The Contracting Authority, In Relation To The Specifically Indicated And Described In The Technical Specification, Which Is An Annex To The Order Documentation, An Integral Part Of The Same, Sites Of Csmp - Burgas, Located In The Territory Of The Burgas Region, With Full Administration Of The Information Flow With Eso And Bearing The Costs Of Imbalances, Incl. And Provision Of Demand Forecasting Service, Preparation And Submission Of Load Schedules By The Coordinator Of The Balancing Group, Taking Responsibility For Balancing And All Activities Related To The Participation Of The Contracting Authority In The Liberalized Electricity Market. Quantity: The Estimated Amount Of Active Electrical Energy For 12 /Twelve/ Months /Determined On The Basis Of Measured Amounts Of Electrical Energy Consumed During The Previous One-Year Period/ Is 240,000 Kwh /Two Hundred And Forty Thousand Kilowatt Hours/ For All The Contracted Sites Of The Contracting Authority. The Amount Of Electricity Supply Is Estimated, Has An Indicative Nature And Does Not Commit The Contracting Party To Use It For The Duration Of The Contract. During The Term Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Add New Objects, As Well As To Exclude Existing Objects, Reserving The Right To Change The Quantities According To Its Needs. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Required Amount Of Electricity Per Day, Per Month And For The Entire Period Of The Contract.
