The Subject Of This Consultation Is Work To Replace 24V Chargers In The Rtm Metro And Associated Services. This Public Contract Is Awarded According To An Adapted Procedure, In Application Of Articles L2123-1 And R2123-1 To R2123-5 Of The Public Order Code (Hereinafter Referred To As “The Code”). This Is A Framework Agreement Within The Meaning Of Articles L2125-1.1° And R2162-1 Et Seq. Of The Code.The Framework Agreement Is Concluded At Mixed Prices With A Single Economic Operator And Executed: -Partly By Issuing Purchase Orders, For The Services Described In The Contractual Documents (Under The Conditions Set Out In Articles R2162-13 And R2162-14 Of The Code).The Services Of The Framework Agreement Are Remunerated, In Part, By Application Of Unit Prices, As Mentioned In The Unit Price Schedule (Bpu), Appendix 1 Of The Act Commitment, To The Quantities Actually Implemented.-And Partly By A Global And Fixed Price In Accordance With The Breakdown Of The Global And Fixed Price (Dpgf), Appendix 2 To The Act Of Commitment. In Application Of Article R2162-4 Of The Code, The Framework Agreement Is Concluded Without A Minimum Commitment Amount And With A Maximum Commitment Amount, Namely: 2,700,000 Euros Excluding Tax.
