For The 2025-2029 School Years, Covasna County, Through The Covasna County Council, Intends To Conclude A Framework Agreement For The Public Purchase Of Products - Uht Milk For Preschoolers In State-Authorized/Accredited And Private Accredited Preschools With A Normal Program Of 4 Hours And For Students In State And Private Primary And Secondary Schools In Covasna County, Respectively Four Subsequent Contracts For The School Years 2025-2029. The Identified Need Will Be Satisfied Through The Procedure For Awarding The Agreement - Framework For The Public Procurement Of Uht Milk For The School Years 2025-2029 According To The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law No. 98/2016 With Subsequent Amendments And Additions. - Estimated Quantities For The School Years 2025-2029 Are: Minimum Uht Milk – 14,944,736 Pcs. Maximum – 15,316,256 Pcs. - Estimated Quantities For A Subsequent Contract Minimum Uht Milk – 3,736,184 Pcs. Maximum – 3,829,064 Pcs.
