Prior Information Notice For Road Construction Works - Forest Road Construction (Construction) And Major Repair Works. The Purchase Will Be Divided Into 7 (Seven) Parts Of The Purchase Object. The Contract Works Will Have To Be Performed According To The Technical Work Projects Submitted By The Buyer. The Maximum Deadline For The Completion Of Construction Works (Separately For Each P.O.D.) Is 90 Working Days. The Start And End Dates Of The Works Will Be Specified In The Schedule Of Construction Works Prepared By The Contractor And Coordinated With The Buyer. The Works Will Have To Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Construction Law, Technical Regulations And Other Legal Acts Regulating Construction Activities (Norms, Rules), According To The Prepared Technical Work Project And Technical Specification. The Price Of The Offer Must Include The Cost Of Manpower, Mechanisms, Work And Materials, Taxes, Insurance, Transportation And All Other Expenses Due To The Contractor In Accordance With The Laws And Other Legal Acts Of The Republic Of Lithuania. The Contractor Will Have To Have The Appropriate Equipment To Ensure The Execution Of The Work, At Least One: Dump Truck For Gravel Transportation; A Roller For Soil Compaction; Excavator; Self-Propelled Grader; Bulldozer At The Request Of The Buyer, During The Execution Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Have To Provide Documents Confirming This Requirement (E.G. Registration Certificates And, If The Equipment Is Not The Property Of The Supplier - Rental Or Use Contracts Or Other Signed Documents Confirming The Possibility Of Rental Or Use, Ensuring The Management Of The Equipment During The Entire Period Of Performance Of The Works, Or Other Documents).
