The Procurement Quantities Indicated In The Request For Tenders Are Estimated Consumption Quantities For Four (4) Years, And They Are Notified To Bidders Only To Support The Submission Of The Tender. The Procurement Contract Does Not Constitute A Quantity Purchase Obligation For The Procurement Entity, But The Actual Consumption May Be Higher Or Lower. The Welfare Area Allocates The Funds For Procurements According To This Call For Tenders Each Year Separately. Procurements Are Carried Out Each Year Within The Framework Of The Allocations.
