The Subject Of The Order Is Purchase Of Switches And Wifi For The Office Network For The Plant Headquarters, Including: 1) Delivery Of Devices, Which Include: A) 36 Network Switches, B) Access Point For Wlan Networks, 112 Pieces, C) Network Inserts For Network Switches, 194 Pieces, D) 2 Central Wlan Controllers (Working In A Cluster), 2) Supply Of Cabling Fiber Optic To Connect Devices Through Distribution Points; 3) Implementation (Assembly, Commissioning And Configuration) Of The Delivered Devices And Software Necessary For The Proper Launch Of The Devices; 4) Integration Of The Delivered Devices With The Central Network Controller; 5) Provision Of Maintenance Services For The Delivered Devices And Software; 6) Provision Of Consultation Services For A Minimum Of 240 Hours And A Maximum Of 480 Hours; 7) Conducting Instructions In Polish. Order Completion Date: 1) Delivery Of All Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Points 1 And 6 - Within The Time Specified In The Schedule, But No Later Than 60 Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement; 2) Assembly Of All Delivered Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Points 1 And 2 - Within 90 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement; 3) Carrying Out Measurements In The Zus Headquarters Building And Assembling And Implementing All The Wlan Networks Delivered To The Access Point - Within 120 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement; 4) Delivery And Receipt Of Post-Implementation Documentation - Within 14 Days From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance And Implementation Protocol; 5) Conducting Instructions On The Configuration And Management Of The Delivered Devices In Polish, Within 30 Days From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance And Implementation Protocol; 6) Maintenance Services – 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance And Implementation Protocol; 7) Consultation Services - Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Agreement, On Dates Previously Agreed Between The Parties.
