The Energetic Renovation Of The Facade Will Most Likely Be Supported By Funds From The European Union (Erdf Funding, European Regional Development Fund). This Is A Special Building In Accordance With Article 2 Paragraph 4 Baybo. The Building Is A Listed Building. The Windows In The W Building Are Dilapidated And Need To Be Replaced. The Energetic Renovation Of The Windows Was Examined In Advance As Part Of A Feasibility Study. A Comprehensive Inventory Was Created, Coordination Was Carried Out With The State Office For Monument Preservation, Building Physics Calculations Were Created (Heat Bridge Calculation, Hygrothermal Simulation) And A Rough Cost Estimate Was Compiled. The Owner Is The Free State Of Bavaria. The Building Is A Three-Story (Basement, Ground Floor, Upper Floor), Elongated Gable Roof Building With A Length Of Approx. 81 M And A Width Of Approx. 15 M. In Front Of It There Is A Ground Floor Flat Roof Building As An Annex Building (Basement, Ground Floor) With A Length Of 13 M And A Width Of 14 M. Both Buildings Are Visually Uniform In Light Brown Exposed Brick. The Gable Roof Construction Is Made Of A Reinforced Concrete Structure With A Solid Component. The Construction Can Be Seen On The Facade. The Eastern Part Of The Building With The Large, Glazed Entrance Is Dominated By A Perforated Brick Facade. Pre-Cut Concrete Elements Frame The Light Blue Window Frames With Double-Wing Windows And Underlights As Well As Individual Parapet Grilles. The Western, Longer Part Of The Building With Its Slightly Protruding Head Section And Excavated Basement Is Given Rhythm By The Visible Steel Construction. The Three-Winged Windows Here With Underlights Each Take Up The Width Of The Column Grid. The Gable Sides Of The Building Are Emphasized On The Top Floor By A Storey-High Window Narrowly Structured By Concrete Elements. The Building Has A Roof Structure Made Of Reinforced Concrete.
