Bids Are Invited For Hiring A Specialized Company To Execute Physical Assets Inventory Of Movable And Real Estate Assets In The Municipality Of Sebastião Leal/Pi, In Compliance With Law No. 4,320/64, Including Field Survey In All Administrative Units (Schools, Libraries, Health Units, City Hall, Secretariats And Other Offices), As Well As In Places Where Movable Assets Rendered By The Executive Power Can Be Found. The Services Will Include The Physical Identification Of Assets Using Specific Tools And Technologies, The Preparation And Delivery Of Reports And Structured Spreadsheets, The Feeding Of The Municipalitys Assets Control System, In Addition To Support In The Creation/Regularization Of The Commission Asset And Training Of Servants Responsible For Assets Management.
