Liability Insurance Services – Collective Property Loss Liability Insurance Contract For Voluntary Guardians, Guardians And Carers. The State Of North Rhine-Westphalia Aims To Secure And Promote The Voluntary Commitment Of Its Citizens. For This Purpose, In 2004 The State Of North Rhine-Westphalia Took Out Collective Liability Insurance For Volunteers Who Are Not Organized In Legally Independent Associations, With Personal And Property Damage Coverage Of Eur 2 Million Each. Statutory Liability For Financial Losses Is Only Insured Under This Contract To A Very Limited Extent. Because Of The Additional Risks, Especially Of Financial Loss In The Care Sector, A Collective Financial Loss Liability Insurance Was Taken Out For Volunteer Carers, Guardians And Carers From July 1, 2007, Building On The Previous Insurance Cover. This Service Will Be Re-Tendered On July 1St, 2026.
