Luncheon Vouchers – Supply And Delivery Of Meal Vouchers For Agents Of The City Of Ghisonaccia. The Framework Agreement Will Be Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders. Services Are Regulated By Unit Prices. The Estimated Amounts Are Indicative And Include All Renewal Periods. The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Supply, Printing And Delivery Of Meal Vouchers Intended For Agents Of The Municipality Of Ghisonaccia. As An Indication, As Of January 1, 2026, The Municipality Had 53 Agents, With A Face Value Of The Meal Voucher Set At 8 Euro(S) At The Time Of Writing This Contract, Which May Change Over Time. The Number Of Beneficiaries May Also Fluctuate During The Execution Of The Framework Agreement. Meal Vouchers Will Be Delivered Monthly In The Form Of Paper Checkbooks To Municipal Agents. This Termination Took Place After The First Contractual Period, In Accordance With The Stipulations Provided For In The Initial Contract And In Compliance With The Rules Applicable To Public Procurement. This Contract Is Being Relaunched Following A Formalized Procedure, In The Form Of A Single-Award Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders, Awarded In Accordance With Articles L2125-1, R2162-1 To R2162-6 And R2162-13 To R2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. It Is Concluded For A Period Of One Year, Renewable Three Times By Express Renewal, Without Its Total Duration Exceeding 48 Months, And Includes A Maximum Overall Amount Of 416,000.00 Euro(S) Excluding Tax.
