The Producers Task Is To Implement The Delivery And Operation (Service) Of The City Bike System In The Cycling Season 2026. The Operation Includes Bicycles, Smart Locks, The Application Needed To Use The System, Instructions And Support For Users, Transportation And Transfers Of Bikes, And Maintenance. User Support In Finnish And English Is Available Daily. Bicycle Maintenance And Necessary Transfers Are Handled So That The Service Operates Without Interruption For The Agreed Time, Seven Days A Week. Problem Situations Are Resolved Without Delay, Within A Reasonable Time. The Producer Can Use Subcontracting For The Maintenance And Transportation Of The Bikes At His Own Expense. The Tender Submitter Must Attach A Description Of The Service To The Offer, Which Deals With The Conditions Listed In The Target Section Of The Procurement. The Cycling Season, I.E. The Start Of The Service, Starts At The Beginning Of May At The Latest And Lasts At Least Until The End Of October. If Both The Customer Of The Service And The Producer Agree To Do So, The Service Can Be Extended Further, Without Additional Costs For Either Party. The Producer Provides A Monthly Summary Of The Number Of Bikes Used And Other Information Collected By The Service During The Term Of The Contract. The Producer And The Customer Are In Active Cooperation During The Cycling Season And Develop The Service. There Are At Least 20 Bikes In The System. Bicycles Must Be Placed At Least At The Following Stops In The Center Of Sastamala: Prisma, The Train Station, Torikeskus, Laiturikafvila, Herra Hakkarainens House, Citymarket, The Citys Main Library, The Tervakallio Campsite And The Town Hall. The Producer Must Ensure That Bikes Are Available At Each Stop Mentioned Above. The Bikes Must Be Marked With The Visit Sastamala Logo Of The City Of Sastamala. The Parking, Positioning And Signs And Markings Of The Bikes Will Be Agreed Between The Supplier And The Customer Before The Start Of Operation. The Subscriber Indicates Suitable Places For The Placement Of The Bikes At The Stops And Is Responsible For Any Costs Related To Starting The Service, Excluding The Information Boards Of The Service, The Costs Of Which Are Borne By The Producer. The Producer Undertakes To Comply With The Legislation In All Circumstances. The Producer Is Responsible For The Safety Of The Bicycles. The Producer Opens A Website For The Service, Where Visitors Can Find Detailed Information About The Services Bicycle Stops, Prices, As Well As Help In Text Form For Possible Problem Situations And Customer Service Contact Information. The Contract Is In The Form Of 1+1 Years, Where The City Of Sastamala Has An Option Year To Use The Second Contract Year. The City Of Sastamala Decides Separately On Using The Option Year By 31 December 2026. The Contract Is Made For A Calendar Year, Always Ending On 31.12. In That Year.
