This Is A Construction Contract Procurement As A Side Contract Of A Shared Contract Under Subordination Conditions, The Estimated Value Of Which Exceeds The National Threshold (Construction Contracts) Of €150,000.00 (Vat 0%) Set Out In § 25 Of The Act On Public Procurement And Right-Of-Use Agreements 1397/2016. This Procurement Includes The Hvac Works And The Dust Removal System According To The Tender Documents. The Procurement (Shared Contract) Includes The Construction Of A New Building Part To Be Built In Connection With The Current Kiiminkipuisto School And The Modification Works Of The Existing School As Well As The Yard Modification Works. The New Building Will Be Built In A School Building That Is A Separate Extension. The New Part Will Have Three (3) Floors. At The Same Time, Space Changes Are Made In The Existing Building, So That The Functions Of The Unified School Can Be Implemented In Accordance With The Goals. With The New Teaching Facilities, A Unified School Will Be Formed, Where Elementary School Children Will Also Eat On The Side Of The Middle School Building By Expanding The Dining Hall To The Place Of The Current Home Economics Classes. The School Buildings Are Connected To Each Other By A Corridor. The Frame Of The Extension Building Is Made Of Precast Concrete. The Load-Bearing Structure Is Based On Concrete Pillars, Delta Beams And Hollow Slab Vaults, As Well As Concrete Walls. The Exterior Wall Structure Is Typically Concrete, Thermal Insulation And Brick Or Wood Cladding. The Intermediate Floors Are Mainly Hollow Slab Vaults. The Upper Floor Is A Concrete Vault And The Water Roof Is A Wooden Lattice Structure In Accordance With The Structural Plans. The Foundations And Subbase Are Of Concrete Construction, The Building Is Equipped With Underfloor Heating, Except For Technical Work And Shelters With Heating Radiators. The Facade Materials Are Mainly Brick And Wood Panel, And The Surface Material Of The Water Roof Is Double Rubber Bituminous Cream.
